Vendor Terms

Independent business

Vendors on BlueTrade Pro are independent businesses, not employees or agents of the Platform. You are solely responsible for licensing, insurance, taxes, workmanship, pricing, and compliance with local laws.

Basic Vendor (free)

Basic Vendors receive matched customer requests based on services and coverage areas they configure. You must respond professionally and honor your own quotes and schedules. Misrepresentation of coverage or services may result in suspension.

Premium Vendor ($99/month)

Premium includes the CRM (scheduling, dispatch, jobs, invoicing records, etc.) for unlimited users within your company workspace. Platform lead matching is optional and may be enabled or disabled in settings.

Customer payments

You collect payment from customers using your own methods (cash, check, your merchant account, etc.). CRM payment fields are for your internal records only. BlueTrade Pro is not a payment facilitator for job revenue.

Data

You are responsible for how you use customer data received through the Platform and must comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws (including opt-out and do-not-call rules where applicable).
