How BlueTrade Pro protects platform data.

Encryption

• In transit: All web traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Session cookies are HttpOnly and marked Secure in production HTTPS environments.
• At rest: Database and file storage rely on encrypted volumes provided by our cloud/hosting infrastructure.
• Passwords: Stored using one-way hashing (bcrypt), never plain text.
• Payments: Premium subscriptions use Stripe Checkout — card data is entered on Stripe-hosted pages, not stored on our servers.

Access control

Role-based access within vendor workspaces. Customer, Basic Vendor, and Premium vendor experiences are separated. Multi-tenant data is scoped by organization.

Availability & backups

We maintain database backups and monitor uptime. No system is 100% available; see Terms of Service for disclaimer of uptime warranties.
