Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company name for vendors.
- Service requests: address, ZIP, description, and contact details customers submit for matching.
- CRM data (Premium Vendors): customer records, jobs, and business data you enter — processed to provide the service.
- Billing: Stripe processes subscription payments; we store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, not full card numbers.
- Technical: logs, cookies for session authentication, and security events.
How we use information
To operate matching, accounts, CRM features, billing, support, security, and legal compliance. We share lead request details with Vendors who match service and coverage criteria. We do not sell personal information as a data broker.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage where supported by our hosting provider, hashed passwords, and access controls. See our Security page for details.
Retention & rights
We retain data while accounts are active and as required by law. Depending on your state, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
