1. The platform

BlueTrade Pro ("Platform", "we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects homeowners and businesses ("Customers") with independent service companies ("Vendors"). We provide software and matching services. We are not a home service contractor and do not perform repair or installation work.

2. No payment processing between customers and vendors

Except for Premium Vendor subscriptions billed to Vendors through Stripe Checkout, the Platform does not process, hold, or transmit payments between Customers and Vendors. Any payment for services is solely between the Customer and the Vendor under their own terms and payment methods.

4. Premium subscription

Premium fees are billed through Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled in accordance with Stripe and our billing policies. Failure to pay may downgrade access to Basic Vendor features only.

5. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE LEAD VOLUME, MATCH QUALITY, UPTIME, OR VENDOR PERFORMANCE. VENDORS ARE INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES; CUSTOMERS SHOULD VERIFY LICENSES, INSURANCE, AND REFERENCES.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE TRADE PRO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
